Our client, is a fast-growing US-based startup specializing in tax services for property owners. In just one year, their services have helped clients save over $20 million. Fully remote and rapidly expanding, our client is now looking to grow their international sales team.

About the Role

Our client is looking for a motivated Sales Consultant to join their team full-time. You’ll work directly with the company founder to drive growth in the US property market.

This is a fully remote role aligned with US business hours. You’ll engage with qualified leads, build lasting relationships with property owners, and guide them through the services the company sells.

You’ll follow a proven multi-channel outreach system, including email, cold calling, SMS, and social media, which has generated over $1 million in closed sales in a single year.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients via calls, emails, and social media.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners.
• Present company services and close deals confidently.
• Manage your pipeline using the company’s CRM and sales automation tools.
• Follow up consistently to meet and exceed monthly targets.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Persistent, driven, and resilient in achieving sales goals.
• Able to work US business hours (afternoon to midnight South Africa time).
• Previous experience in sales, US Taxes, telesales, or consulting preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.

Compensation

• Base Rate: USD $2,000 per month

• Commission: Uncapped 

(projected monthly earnings after ramp-up: USD $5,000+)

Contract & Tax Information

This is an independent consulting contract:

• You are responsible for declaring and paying your own income tax with SARS in South Africa.
• The company will not deduct or pay PAYE or UIF on your behalf.
• Payments are made directly to you in USD each month.
